Even during challenging times—such as a global pandemic—we continue doing what we love most: creating Team Building experiences, now in the form of Stream Building.
This unprecedented period has forced companies to rethink daily routines and adapt to entirely new ways of working. Digital and mindset transformations that would normally take months—or even years—had to be implemented almost overnight.
With in-person and outdoor events temporarily unavailable, we developed virtual Team Building solutions that leverage available technology to keep teams connected, motivated, and engaged, no matter where they are.
For the first time online, this Team Building experience is structured as a series of enigmas to solve together with colleagues. Participants will navigate through a trail of virtual rooms, searching for a way out by using every element of the environment and solving secret codes, riddles, brain teasers, and puzzles.
This format is highly effective for:
*Developing problem-solving skills
*Fostering teamwork and cohesion
*Enhancing communication and collaboration
Success requires creativity, coordination, and strategic thinking. Teams must communicate effectively, plan their moves, and work together to progress through the rooms.
*The number of rooms and total time can be adjusted based on your needs.
*Asking for hints or submitting incorrect answers will deduct precious minutes, encouraging teams to develop winning strategies to claim victory.
In this format, participants have the unique opportunity to create a simulated television broadcast, such as a newscast. Each team member is assigned a small segment within the overall video, where they produce a 1–2 minute report on a chosen topic to present to the rest of the team.
Much like the Radio Team format, this activity allows participants to step into a world they usually only see from the outside—the world of television studios. It provides a creative and immersive experience that encourages communication, presentation skills, and teamwork.
During periods like quarantine, when many turn to TV or radio for company, this format becomes even more engaging, offering participants a hands-on experience in broadcasting.
The final broadcast is recorded and can be shared with the company as a lasting memory, used for celebrations, team reflections, or even as a promotional tool internally or externally. It becomes a collective achievement that strengthens team identity and leaves a tangible mark of the experience.
Even in this Television Broadcast Stream Building, the guiding theme remains corporate-focused. Participants can create news segments about company updates, product launches, internal communications, or resource management.
This format is not only creative and engaging but also becomes a strategic tool for reinforcing corporate messages. At the same time, it provides an opportunity to enhance key team skills, especially communication, collaboration, and coordination, in a fun and immersive way.

This puzzling team building is a fresh and engaging alternative to traditional activities.
The enigmatic competition allows companies to evaluate employees on their knowledge of company facts, values, or data, or even reward attentive clients after a series of presentations about products or services. Ideally, this activity follows an important meeting, combining maximum focus beforehand with fun and friendly competition afterward.
After some creative and mysterious preliminary challenges, teams face a crossword puzzle they must solve using all available knowledge. Collaboration is key, even remotely: each participant receives a series of mini-puzzles, which generate the clues needed for the main crossword.
Team members must share definitions in the team chat, helping each other while receiving support in return. This encourages communication, problem-solving, and collective engagement, making the activity both educational and enjoyable.
For this activity, the Teamworking team selects the most suitable words to include in the crossword puzzle. These words can vary widely but are always related to the company or customer objectives.
This format not only gives participants the chance to collaborate on solving a classic puzzle, but also allows the team to focus fully on the company, helping them understand or discover new insights.
For very large groups, multiple crossword puzzles can be generated. The solutions from the individual groups are then combined into a final master crossword, whose resolution unites all participants as one large, collaborative team.
The Mosaic Team format allows participants to create complex digital designs through the collaboration of all team members.
Each design is composed of many individual photographs, arranged like pixels. By carefully selecting and positioning photos according to color and theme, participants collectively form a larger, representative image—for example, a company logo or another meaningful visual chosen by the team.
During this activity, each team must conceptualize, capture, and share photos related to a specific topic, such as a company value or theme. The selected image should resonate with the team on a personal level, reflecting work group dynamics, shared goals, or the company’s identity.
At the conclusion of the activity, all submitted images are combined and digitally reworked into a single, unique mosaic. The final artwork can be printed and displayed in the office as a lasting souvenir of the collaborative effort and creativity of the team.
Think it’s impossible to design and create a short film through remote collaboration? With a coordinated team and guidance from our expert trainers, it’s not only possible—it’s an unforgettable experience!
How it works:
Each participant contributes to the project through:
*Storyboarding: Planning the scenes and storyline collaboratively.
*Shooting: Filming assigned scenes using a webcam or mobile phone.
*Editing: Bringing all footage together to produce a unique work, whether it’s a short film, a commercial, or a creative video.
By collaborating creatively and seeing the final product come to life, participants feel closer as a team, while experiencing the fun and excitement of filmmaking.
Depending on the company’s objectives, the final product of each team can take different forms: an advertising spot, a narrative short film, or another creative format. Regardless of the type, it will remain both a lasting memory of the day and a valuable corporate communication tool, usable internally and externally.
In challenging periods like the one we are experiencing, having tangible memories of collaborative achievements can serve as a source of motivation and resilience, reminding teams of how they overcame obstacles together and supporting them in future moments of difficulty.
This Team Building activity allows participants to explore and express corporate values through music. The first part is dedicated to working on the song lyrics. It begins with a brainstorming session to define the topic of the song, followed by individual contributions to compose the lyrics. Especially in today’s fast-paced environment, it is essential to focus on elements that motivate teams in a deep and impactful way.
The activity is divided into four main stages:
*Brainstorming – defining the theme and ideas for the song
*Writing the lyrics – each participant contributes to the composition
*Recording the parts of the song – bringing the lyrics to life through voice and expression
*Mixing – combining all contributions into a cohesive final track
Guided by our professional music trainers, the team will create a poetic narrative that highlights the company’s objectives and achievements. Participants can express the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values, reflect on future prospects, or even transform their everyday work life into rhymes. By creating a personalized corporate song, employees are projected toward a shared goal, focusing on what truly matters for both the team and the company, while fostering a spirit of collaboration and collective contribution.
After the lyrics-writing phase, a roadmap for composing and recording the song is implemented. Depending on the company’s preferences, team members can perform their parts via videoconference, which are then professionally mixed—either by the participants themselves or by Teamworking staff following the event.
For added inspiration, high-level artists can be involved to share their expertise with the team, serving as a live testimonial that enhances the overall value and impact of the activity.
When the objective is to build a bond rooted in values and emotions, this musical Team Building format proves to be perfectly suited to the task.

After the Urban Game iPad and iPad Game indoor formats, TeamWorking now also offers a version that can be done individually and comfortably at home. The scores earned by multiple participants will however be added together to form the overall Team score.
The following will be part of the activity:
*creative challenges with photos and videos
*quiz
*customized games on business or general knowledge topics.
The main focus? Effective smart working.
The activity can be carried out in a single session or be divided into several sessions. For example, they can be done at pre-established times during the week. There will be tests to overcome, quizzes to answer, objects to collect, different game levels and alliances between teams. Basically, there are no limits to the personalization of this exciting activity!
Based on the characteristics of the spaces, it will also be possible to combine the indoor part with some stages to be carried out in the open air, around the building or area that the participants have available.
The storytelling activity, much like theatrical exercises, is particularly effective when the goal is to foster deeper mutual understanding among colleagues. It is also valuable for enhancing interpersonal communication or simply recharging team energy, whether during a meeting break, online session, or in-person gathering.
Storytelling exercises are, in many ways, derived from theatrical practice. They can be adapted to focus on different objectives depending on the team’s needs and available time—ranging from sharing personal emotions to fully structured story narration. In professional settings, storytelling is often used as a persuasive communication tool, especially in business and economic contexts.
Telling a story creates a dual connection:
*Internal reflection – guiding participants toward introspection and self-awareness.
*Contextual engagement – linking the narrative to the surrounding environment and shared experiences.
A story inherently involves discussion, memory, and emotional connection, allowing participants to reconnect with their own experiences. This process encourages reflection, content elaboration, and meaningful learning, making storytelling a powerful tool for both personal growth and team development.
It could be linked to the construction of the character intended as a hero.
Everyone, having objects and accessories at hand, has the opportunity to invent and identify with a type of character of their choice. What the storytelling activity focuses on, however, is the so-called “hero’s journey“. This can be individual or corporate and is always intended as a metaphor for one’s own path within the company.
Just like in the face-to-face activity, Heroes Day transforms each participant into a unique superhero! The core value celebrated in this activity is diversity, and the goal is to bring out the strengths and peculiarities of every team member.
Whether in a virtual or in-person setting, participants are encouraged to express their individuality. This creative Team Building experience is especially recommended for teams that already have some mutual familiarity.
During an initial brainstorming session, team members are assigned a superhero by their colleagues. These superheroes can be classic or entirely invented, with distinct characteristics and powers. This process encourages self-discovery, often generating surprise and delight as participants recognize traits in themselves that they hadn’t realized were visible to others in the workplace.
The activity highlights colleagues’ attention to each other, fosters appreciation for individual strengths, and encourages a deeper understanding of personal and team potential.
Each superhero is then assigned by the team:
*Superpowers – always linked to the workplace and professional strengths
*A super secret move – a unique skill or action that sets them apart
*Gadgets and disguises – items found at home to physically transform into their superhero persona
At the end of the activity, it is possible to create a promotional video featuring all the superhero performances. This video serves as a lasting memory of the experience and can also become a valuable communication and brand promotion tool.
This musical Stream Building can be used either as an introduction to another format or as a stand-alone activity. In the current period, it is particularly valuable as a virtual experience that brings joy, energy, and confidence to the team.
The challenge behind Body Percussion is using your own body as a musical instrument. Starting from simple movements, participants combine increasingly complex sounds, integrating dynamics with voice and rhythm.
The goal of Body Percussion is not only to “play” using the body but also to develop deep team dynamics, including improvements in:
*Communication – learning to listen and respond to others
*Interaction – understanding group timing and flow
*Leadership – guiding and supporting the team through rhythm
One more possibility is to enrich Body Percussion with the creation of a Haka. That is a Maori dance that is played with many “instruments” of our body such as hands, feet, legs, body, voice and language. It accompanies the performance of many sports teams and is often associated with a war shout. It’s not just a “war shout”. In fact, it can also be a manifestation of joy and a way to fully express one’s feelings. This dance will give strength to the team and instill confidence in the future.
The key focus of this activity is remote communication. Through this online Team Building, participants are challenged to transmit messages clearly, develop effective language skills, and enhance mutual listening.
Using everyday objects easily found at home, participants engage in a variety of exercises, such as:
*Drawing an object or shape that other team members cannot see, then describing it with as many details as possible.
*Guessing objects based on limited clues provided by colleagues.
*Rebuilding an object shown by another participant, using their instructions.
Taking part in this activity is an excellent opportunity to test yourself and strengthen your relationships with colleagues. It encourages creativity, collaboration, and interaction in a fun, unusual way.

Super Quiz is a flexible and engaging activity that can be adapted to a wide range of corporate occasions.
Conducted virtually, participants remain at their own desks while collaborating with their team to answer questions correctly and earn points.
Questions can cover general knowledge or be customized to focus on company-specific topics, such as products, procedures, or strategic goals. In this way, the Super Quiz becomes an interactive tool to reinforce learning, verify understanding, and ensure that key messages from meetings or presentations are retained.
The element of friendly competition also motivates participants, keeping them engaged, attentive, and active throughout the session.
