Team building activities are useful for the company, leaders, and employees, but why not take it a step further? Why not do something meaningful for others—whether for nature, the environment, or people in need? Social Team Building is a special category of activities designed to make team interventions not only fun and engaging but also socially impactful. It channels participants’ energy into initiatives that raise awareness about key issues of our time, such as social challenges and ecological sustainability.
In recent years, companies have increasingly focused on the social and environmental impact of their activities, which has led to growing interest in Social Team Building. While these activities require careful planning—considering all details, factors, and legal aspects—the benefits are undeniable. Participants experience the satisfaction of doing good for others while strengthening team cohesion, motivation, and a sense of shared purpose. The opportunity to positively impact society is a powerful and memorable experience for any team.
As mentioned earlier, Social Team Building also encompasses activities aimed at raising awareness of ecological issues. Organizing an ecological team building is fundamentally similar to a traditional team building activity; the main difference is that every decision and action is guided by the potential impact on nature and the surrounding ecosystem. This approach ensures that the team not only strengthens its collaboration and communication skills but also develops a deeper understanding of environmental responsibility.
Naturally, the most suitable activities are those that make use of recycled and/or recyclable materials. We take particular care to incorporate recycled materials such as cardboard, pieces of wood, and similar items in our activities, including Carton Boat, Crazy Car Race, and the construction of machines or mechanisms. Recyclable materials can also be creatively used in our Percussion Orchestra, giving cardboard and wood a second life through the imagination and ingenuity of participants. Surprisingly, these materials are not only eco-friendly but also functional: for example, they can be used to build boats capable of floating and even transporting people.
In every one of these ecological formats it is important not only to use recuperated resources, but also to properly dispose them once the activity is finished, cleaning up the chosen location and removing waste according to the rules. Our effort is to respect not only the environment, but also the law, for an ecological Team Building experience that is truly efficient.
Although somewhat utopian, our dream is for all Team Building activities to become ecological! Every activity in our offer can be designed with environmental impact in mind: properly disposing of used materials, avoiding food waste, and practicing careful waste separation. These simple but conscious actions help the environment and foster a sense of responsibility toward ourselves and others.
We firmly believe that a great team is also a team that loves and respects nature. Coming together to reflect and act responsibly is not only good for the planet—it’s also a step toward stronger unity and collaboration in the workplace.
Another unusual form of social team building is aimed at creating something useful. Also, we want to make people in need live an unforgettable experience. Our Social Construction and Social Cooking activities go in this direction.
Many places! For example, a school, a nursery school, a hospital or a gym. They are all places where there are a lot of people, especially children. By creating something useful and long-lasting we can help them improve their future!
For instance, we have built a climbing wall that can be used freely by children who come from difficult situations. Or, we have created a vertical vegetable garden for a nursery school, so that children can watch the plants and vegetables grow, and they can also use them for their healthy lunch!
Social cooking, instead, is an activity that can take place in two different ways: we can choose to cook and offer our meal to someone (this idea is perfect for a Christmas Team Building!) or we can cook together with these people. We tried both options and the result has always been wonderful: a great coordination, a sense of connection and understanding with those who need a little help or just love and participation in our business!

The first time we were asked to do a Social Team Building the first thought was that it was an “impossible” mission, but then something clicked inside us. It was like a little voice that said to us: “If you don’t do it, nobody will do it!“.
Therefore, we realized that this type of activity represents the origin of everything. The fundamental reason for teamwork and our Mission is precisely to bring a smile to the world, especially to those who need it most. After all, the greater the challenge, the greater the commitment and gratification!
Social Team Building events are certainly the most unforgettable activities we do. They require a lot of effort but also a lot of satisfaction.
Gathering joy and utility is a source of enormous pride for us!
